Steve and Sheri, thank you so much once again for the quick, efficient service you have giving me over the last 14 years. As you know I just took delivery of my 2010 Toyota Tundra 9/4/2009! I love it! I believe this is my 4th vehicle I have used your professional service for.

I was talking to my Mom and Aunt this evening and they both said "You are the best people to buy a new car from" As you remember you found my Mother her Rav-4 and my Aunt her Jeep Liberty! I was talking to Ryan who you sold a Mustang GT too and he said the same thing! Then when I went home I received a call from Louis "Bud" Dean who you have been selling / leasing cars to for over 30 years! His statement to me was. "Why would you go else where when you know the best" Well we all agree that you at Triple "S" Auto Brokers are the people that everyone should buy or lease a new car from. Just an FYI, Bud is the person that recommended me to you years ago and I have also referred you to my family and friends. All have stated nothing but great words, and nothing but the best comments! Hassle free and again how do you get the great pricing? Well that is your business and I am grateful that you pass it on to your clients…. me!

At the end of August I went to the two local Toyota dealers in the Long Beach area to see what inventory was available. The had NONE, ZERO NO TRUCKS or SUV'S! I received my Toyota Tundra with the "Platinum Package" at the standard Tundra price! How in the heck do you do it???????

As you say go to a dealer and find out what you want and let you know…. Both local dealers had no trucks NONE! And then I called you. You both were in touch with what my needs were and what I had to have. Point Blank! Within a day you found the vehicle of my desire and had it the next day! How do you do it???? Really and for the price? Why anyone would go to a dealer and deal with the long stories and the yadaa yadaa the sales person tell you not to mention the up sale!? I do not know. My favorite part was going to your location and just signing the papers! No hassle and no sales person to barter with!

My timing was not the best as my lease was up and after the "Cash 4 Cars Program" That our Government implemented, well the inventory was extremely low at all the Southern California Toyota Dealers. I was so worried, but you do produce Miracles! Time and Time again!

You are the best! No hassle and Just like your website says! It is easy as One Two Three!

I guess I will talk to you in another 3 years, please do not forget me! Well that is a nonsense comment as every year, on the birthday of my new vehicle you send me a photo of me, of the day I purchased it, as well as Thanksgiving cards and Christmas cards. Wow! Target last year did not recognize Christmas; they called it "Happy Holidays" You are tradition and as a 48 year old male that means a lot to me. A company with personal touch!

Dear Steve,

We had been considering buying a 2009 Toyota Highlander for over six months. We went to the AAA and to a few Toyota dealerships to review the price for the car and to meet with the managers. Finally, we went to the Ocean Crest Credit Union in Long Beach. We made an appointment with Loretta Barber, the Loan Officer of the credit union. She and her husband each have a Toyota Highlander both of which were purchased through Steve Mesner. After meeting Steve at his home, we found that he was very professional and we ended up buying the car through him at the best possible price.

We both want to say thank you for all that you did for us when we decided to purchase our new car through you. We got everything on it that we wanted and you were the one who made it possible by checking different dealerships and eventually finding our vehicle at the Moreno Valley dealership. We also had a lot of questions about the car and you were kind enough to make sure we got the right answers. The extra time you spent with us is very much appreciated. Also, please pass along our thanks to Sheri for helping in so many ways.

Good Morning Steve,
I'm learning about my Jeep. A couple more days and I should feel very comfortable with it. Beatrice likes it too. I hope so as she will be the main driver.
